Overview
Key individual contributor, with accountability for researching, designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting information security & directory technology systems (software & hardware).
Utilizes in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design & implement secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting the Bank's assets.
Develops and implements security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse environment (e.g. client server, distributed, mainframe, etc.).
Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
Typically 5-7 years of IT experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Information Security related activities.
• 2+ years of computer networking experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a WAF DBF engineer/administrator role.
• Experience conducting analysis/investigation and containment of potential data breeches or cyber security incidents.
• In-depth understanding of Web application firewalls and Database Firewalls, content filtering, and stateful firewalls as well as familiarity with web application security attacks including SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and remote file inclusion.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with security vulnerabilities, exploits, and web application attacks.

Desired Skills

• College Degree - Computer Science (B.S, M.S.) - advantge.
• Experienced with WAF,DBF solutions.
• The ability to write a custom signature based on vulnerably.
• In-depth familiarity with most operating systems, particularly UNIX and Windows.
• Familiarity with correlated information sources such as ArcSight, Splunk, and Palantir or other big data solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical business owners.
• Ability to lead technical brdigelines to develop quick containment solutions to cyber-security incidents
